1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms apply to the Shape My Signature website and apps (“Service”), provided by the publisher operating under that name (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The Service is not directed to children below the minimum age for digital consent in their country and is never intended for children under 13.

2. What the Service does

The Service uses AI to create signature artwork and creative lettering from the name or word you enter. Handwriting can guide the writing style; a photo, logo, icon or other image can inspire shapes within the lettering. Signature text is required. A visual reference can replace the idea description. References inspire new artwork rather than directly editing your original file or guaranteeing its original look.

Signature results can also be animated and exported as MP4 video. Tracing is reconstructed from the image, not a recording of someone writing, and may be imperfect. Features vary by device, plan and availability. Generation requires an internet connection.

AI results can vary or contain errors. Check spelling, appearance and suitability before using or sharing a design. Website examples are selected illustrations, not a guarantee of a particular result.

3. Accounts and account linking

You can start as a guest. Sign in with Google or Apple to link your account and help recover creations on another device. An unlinked guest account may not be recoverable after reinstalling. Keep your account access secure and report unauthorized use.

You can request account deletion. You have seven days to cancel scheduled deletion before permanent removal begins.

4. Subscriptions, purchases, and credits

The app and store checkout show the current price, billing period, benefits, and credit allowance before you buy.

• Apple or Google processes payment and applies its store terms, taxes, cancellation rules, and refund process.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store before the renewal deadline shown there.
• Cancel or manage your plan in the store that billed you. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing. The store shows when a plan change takes effect.
• Credits are a limited license to request eligible operations in the app. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not a bank balance.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions provide a monthly credit allowance. Unused allowance credits expire at the end of each monthly allowance period; they do not roll over. Annual billing does not grant a full year's credits upfront.
• Purchased credit packs do not expire. Buying a credit pack requires an active subscription. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional. Any conditions on promotional credits are shown with the offer.
• Generation costs can vary by quality. Handwriting and image references require an active subscription and have an additional credit cost. The current credit cost is shown before you generate.
• Credits charged for a failed generation are restored after the failure is confirmed, with their original expiry conditions. If your balance does not update, contact support. A completed design you dislike is not a processing failure.

Restore purchases checks eligible store purchases; it does not duplicate spent credits or recover deleted images. Refunds are subject to store rules and your statutory rights.

5. Your input and generated output

You keep your rights in your inputs and permit us and our providers to process them to operate and support the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. Only submit names, images, and handwriting you have permission to use.

You may use your generated designs subject to applicable law, provider terms, and others' rights. AI output may resemble other work; we cannot guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or trademark availability. Check rights before commercial use. Generated artwork is not certified for legal, banking, or official use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• forge a signature, impersonate someone, misrepresent consent, or facilitate fraud;
• create unlawful or harmful content, or violate another person's privacy or rights; or
• manipulate credits, bypass safeguards, automate unauthorized requests, or disrupt the Service.

We may reject content or restrict access to address misuse and protect users.

7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We cannot guarantee a particular result, completion time, or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

We may update features or these Terms and will give notice of material changes where required. Mandatory consumer protections in your location remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain in effect.
