Generation failed

Check the request in Gallery. Charged credits are restored after a failure is confirmed. If it stays pending or your balance looks wrong, contact us with the request time and device.

Purchase missing

If you previously linked your app account, sign in with the same Google or Apple account first. Use Restore purchases with the same store account. If credits are still missing, send support the product and purchase time. Do not buy it again just to retry.

Manage a subscription

Use the link to manage your subscription in the app or open subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not cancel billing.

Gallery after reinstall

Sign in with the same linked Google or Apple account, then allow the gallery to sync. Content created only under an unlinked guest account may not be recoverable after uninstalling or changing devices.

Saving or camera access

Allow requested Photos or Camera access in device settings. On Mac, choose a file location when saving. Camera capture is available on supported mobile devices.

Export an animation

Open a completed signature with a ready animation and choose Export video. Select a speed and format, then keep the app open until export finishes.

Using a reference

In Handwriting or image, draw or choose a reference. Auto chooses its role; Writing style follows handwriting, and Visual idea uses image shapes. Signature text is always required. With a visual reference, the idea description is optional. References need an active subscription and extra credits, shown before you create.

Delete account and data

Use Settings → Delete account if available, or email support to request deletion. You have seven days to cancel scheduled deletion.

Include your User ID from Settings → Account, your device, app version and what happened. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send passwords or full payment details.
